A couple of useful questions.
Will reinstalling Windows keep my files and apps?
That depends on the agreed method. Some options remove apps or files. We discuss the backup and setup plan first; a reinstall is not a backup.
Can this be done remotely?
Some Windows and software faults can. A computer that cannot start or stay connected may require a device assessment instead.
