What could be happening?
Restricted airflow or dust may contribute, but a shutdown can have other causes. A louder fan alone can be normal under load. A clean does not prove a power, fan or board fault has been repaired.
No-power and motherboard faults, HDMI-port replacement, liquid-damage repair and microsoldering are outside our launch scope. We will explain when a specialist or manufacturer route is more appropriate.

A couple of useful questions.
Does a loud fan mean my PS5 is broken?
Not necessarily. Fan speed can increase while the console cools itself. A change accompanied by warnings, shutdowns or unusual mechanical noise deserves assessment.
Will a clean stop it shutting down?
It may help if dust or restricted airflow is contributing, but we cannot promise that before inspection. Other faults can produce the same symptom.
