General guidance, not a diagnosis of your device. Possible causes below need assessment before a repair decision.
The crack does not tell the whole story
Does the display show a normal picture? Does touch work across the screen? Are there black areas, lines or other damage? A phone that has been dropped may have more than one fault. A screen replacement cannot be promised as a cure for every symptom.
Do not keep using damaged glass
Apple advises against using an iPhone with cracked glass because it can cause injury. If a device is unusually hot, swollen or has liquid damage, stop using or charging it and seek appropriate professional advice. TechSav does not offer battery or liquid-damage phone repairs.
What suitability means
TechSav checks the model, replacement part, repair process, tools and relevant risks before accepting the work. Display, touch and other applicable functions are recorded and tested around the agreed job. A repair enquiry is not automatic acceptance of every make or model.
The price and limits
Phone-screen replacement is £45 labour plus the model-specific part. Parts are paid for before ordering, after the work is agreed. Original water resistance cannot be promised once the phone is opened. Charging-port repairs, microsoldering and general phone repairs are outside launch scope.
What to send TechSav
Send the exact model, a photo with private content hidden, whether display and touch work, and any other damage. Do not send passwords or passcodes. If the phone will not power on, say so rather than assuming the screen is the only fault. We will confirm whether the enquiry fits our screen-only service.
